Matthew Swendiman

Chief Executive Officer

Matt has a distinguished career in investment management, starting in 1996 at Citi Fund Services. He served as counsel to Conseco Capital Management, followed by roles at The Phoenix Companies and K&L Gates. In 2006, he became Chief Administrative Officer at Fifth Third Bank, overseeing investment management and legal support for various operations. He also served as Secretary and Chief Legal Officer for the Fifth Third Funds. Matt holds a CFA charter and founded Graydon Compliance Solutions before becoming CEO of Key Bridge Compliance and co-founder and Chairman of F/m Acceleration, a registered investment adviser back and middle office solution provider. He has a BA and JD from The Ohio State University and an LLM in Insurance Law from the University of Connecticut.
